Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that this does not apply to season tickets, group tickets or family tickets, which need to be purchased over the phone. To buy tickets online, please click here.
In Person
You can purchase tickets at the following outlets:
- At the NIA Box Office, during the event only
- At the LG Arena Box Office, open 12pm–5pm, Friday & Saturday
Please note that BADMINTON England members wishing to buy tickets must state the promotional code to receive the special member rates.
Booking Fees
There is a £2.25 transaction fee plus a 10% booking fee payable on every ticket issued unless you book your tickets in person at the LG Arena Box Office or on the door at The NIA and pay by cash.
We regret we are unable to accept payment by cheque from banks outside Great Britain. Cheques are not accepted when buying tickets in person at the LG Arena or The NIA.
